If you e-mail us and receive no reply within 24 hours I suggest you try the phone, as we live in an area which is underserved by modern amenities and sometimes the internet service is problematic. I love talking to people on the phone and much more can be addressed in a five minute conversation than thru a circular series of e-mail messaging. Please call, we would love to hear from you.
We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If shipment is by Parcel Post or UPS we will prepay shipment and tack it onto the invoice amount. A 15% crating charge will be added to all orders where crating is necessary. Sales tax of 6% will be charged to all Michigan residents. Orders shipped by freight carriers will be COD for shipping charges.
